Task profile:

• Checking and posting the incoming invoice

• Creation of payment runs and their posting

• Creation and coordination of outgoing invoices

• Monthly reconciliation of accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Preparation of advance VAT returns

• Coordination of the services to be billed with the operational departments

• You have completed commercial vocational training

• You have several years of professional experience in accounting (regardless of industry)

• You are characterized by commitment and flexibility

• You speak English or are willing to learn it in your daily life

• You have mastered the use of common MS Office applications

• You have experience in dealing with DATEV and / or SAP

• You are always ready to learn something new
